IFES is an international movement of students sharing and living out the good news of Jesus Christ. The IFES vision is to see students built into communities of disciples, transformed by the gospel and impacting the university, the church and society for the glory of God.
IFES Europe connects 41 national movements with over 600 staff across Europe.
Tor Erling Fagermoen heads up the Regional Team and together they train and equip staff, board members, student leaders and key graduates through a range of regional networks and programs. This picture of the Regional Team was taken at the September 2017 meeting. From Left to Right:

The Regional Team is committed to working alongside national movements to help them grow and develop leaders at all levels: student leaders, staff workers, general secretaries and Board members.

The Regional Team is committed to facilitating the development of functional organizational structures in national movements through governance training, NM Assessments and training in financial sustainability.
The Regional Team is committed to pioneering IFES student ministry in countries where there is no national movement; and partnering with the national movements to pioneer universities or geographical areas where the NM is not yet represented.
