Conferences for Students and Graduates
Sound theology is very important for the church. It is even more important that ministers have a personal relationship with God. Within IFES-Europe we want to combine these. At our Theology conferences we have speakers that give challenging lectures, we have seminars and plenty of time for discussions and an exchange of ideas and research. While we also have time for worship and fellowship.
For several decades there has been a conference for theology students, which has inspired many theologians. From 2013 onwards the conferences will also be open to graduates.
This year the conference will take place from the 17th. till the 20th. of July, in Haus-Sonneck, Marburg.
Conferences for Students
The European Student Evangelism Conference will take place over Easter 2012 under the title: Undivided - registration is now open! Check out www.undivided2012.org or contact your national movement for more information.

The aim of the network is to learn together from God's word, to share ideas for graduates work, to consider what resources we need in the region, and to encourage each other in developing this work. How to read the Bible for all it's worth; How to understand better the world we live in; How to see hoe God's Word speaks to our world today; and how to encourage others when we go home to do the same. This seven week training course is unique in helping us learn how to be biblically balanced Christians capable of developing a deeply Christian worldview. It is designed for recent graduates, mature students and IFES staff.
Bible and Culture has taken a sabbatical in 2011 - the course will take place again in July 2012. For more information, email Tim
Recent conferences and events
The aim of this network is to help European student movements to be more effective in their ministry and strategic development, by being culturally sensitive and relevant to their own context. It is based on the realistion that in the light of our fast-changing society, student movements also need to change (without losing their core values and theological commitment) in order to be able to bring the Gospel to students in a way that is clear and understandable to the present student generation.
Second meeting took place in May 2011.
