Leadership is means for greater end, end
which has been defined by God rather by the leader. We can only lead if we have
been lead ourselves. All of us have been given things to multiply them rather
just use for ourselves: leadership is a way to multiply and help others
multiply what has been given to us by Christ.
Students are future leaders of country, because they have given more then anybody else in society: education, knowledge and skills. Our aim is to help them use what has been given to them for the Kingdom of God.
The basic elements common to all leadership are three: leaders, followers, and situations. We want to help students, staff, GS grow in their leadership role, by being part of learning communities, cluster groups, engaging in mentoring relationships and getting exposed to different resources which can help them to grow in their skills, abilities and awareness who they are and who are those people whit whom they work and lead. We want to create a space where learning take place, we focus on the process through which the character has been build and skills learned. Place where you can make mistakes and given second chance.
